The Priests of the Parish and the Parish Pastoral Council are delighted to announce the re-opening of St. John the Baptist Church, Blackrock on Monday 29th June, 2020.
Mass will be at 10.00 a.m. Monday to Friday.

We look forward to welcoming you back.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions the maximum number of people permitted to enter will be 50 maintaining social distancing (2 metres).
The Archbishop has extended the dispensations from our obligation to attend Mass on Sundays and encourages people to consider attending on other days of the week.

Our Sunday Mass will resume with the Vigil Mass on Saturday 4th July at 6.30 p.m.
Sunday Mass on 5th July at 10.00 a.m. and 12 noon.
Weekdays at 10.00 a.m.
Saturday at 11.00 a.m.
Confessions: Saturday after the 11.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Masses.

All Masses will continue to be broadcast live on our webcam.

The Church will be cleaned after each Mass.

The new guidelines are as follows:
• Strict social distancing means only a limited number of people can be allowed at any stage
to take part in our Liturgies.
• Signage in the Church must be followed.
• Hands must be sanitised.
• Where possible stewards will be on hand to show you to your seat.
• Sit only in designated areas.

We greatly missed your participation in Church services over the past number of weeks and we look forward to seeing our parishioners share in the liturgies in our Church.

May the Lord keep us safe and well as we look forward to a brighter future.
